I have been using the Salcura Natural Foot Therapy Spray and I have found the spray very good. I have had athelete's foot for about 18 years and didn't want to continue using chemicals on my feet. I found your spray and have been using it for 4 months and there is no sign of atheletes foot on the surface. I also had very dry skin on my feet but now they are very silky. I am mum to George now 7 months old but at 2 months old started to develop eczema on his face and there started to develop every where all over his body. I have been given prescription after prescription of clear this up but nothing has worked I had even resorted to ordering creams over the internet all the way from America which have cost me a fortune, and you guessed it did nothing but a friend of mine works in a pharmacy in Barnsley and gave me the free trial that they received. They showed pictures of babies who had dreadful nappy rash and also other pictures of people with nasty skin conditions. At the time I had been suffering from an outbreak of a skin condition called Lichen Planus. I had not had an outbreak for about six years but this time it had been particularly nasty and my legs were covered in open sores. I had been given steroids, creams, lotions and potions by my GP and nothing worked. I thought I had nothing to lose by trying your product. I have been using it on my son for three weeks now and I have to say it is amazing, 'it does exactly what it says on the tin' to coin a phrase. This has been treated with courses of various steroid creams, avoidance of perfumed soaps etc and use of nitrile gloves for my work as a dentist. Unfortunately, none of these brought about a complete resolution and the condition has persisted. My fiancé, Lee Bickley, who is an ophthalmic theatre nurse, received some professional samples at a trade exhibition and I sceptically took these in to work to try. To my surprise, use of the Salcura Intensive with LIS resulted in an immediate decrease in soreness, and within a week the skin has begun to heal. I would be interested to hear of any new developments in your products. Yours sincerely DR JULIA LAYTON, BDS I started with my skin condition approx 3-4 years ago with an itchy rash on my fingers. After a visit to the GP I was prescribed Betnovate – which seemed to ease the condition for a time. Gradually as the months went but my hands got worse – the skin was drying out and deep cracks were forming across my knuckles which were very painful. Along with this was a dreadful itchy rash. The dermatologist at the local hospital said that I was suffering from severe dermatitis – probably related to my job as a cabinet maker. I was then given more steroid based creams – which seemed to work for a short while but then seemed to make my skin peel off at an alarming rate. Over the last few years, and after numerous prescriptions from the hospital dermatologist and my local GP for such creams as:- Fucibet, Dermavate, Umavate, Eurax, Betnovate, Xepin and lots and lots of E45 cream (amongst other things I’ve picked up from health shops etc). I seemed to be getting worse – not better. Earlier this year, my hands were so painful that I needed to wear gloves almost 24hrs a day. The skin was hanging off in large pieces – really thick pieces, and there were deep cracks on my finger ends, various parts of my hands and now my wrists also. My finger nails had also started to drop off. I was either itching like crazy or suffering terrible pain. To my dismay, the rash was now affecting other parts of my body. My neck was as red as a tomato and very rough and itchy. My arms and legs had itchy blistery spots on them which were itching now and again. The soles of my feet were also affected especially my heels which had deep painful cracks in them but were also very itchy at times. The final straw was when my face became affected. Red and very swollen with a terrible itch all over. The doctor advised that I use plenty of Umavate cream – it didn’t make any difference. I looked like a monster. I looked so bad that my local pharmacist recommended that I try a Chinese herbal remedy - a herbal tea plus a jar of face cream. Never again!!! I was worse than ever. The GP suggested I go into hospital for a more extensive course of treatment, it steroid tables – but there could be side effects and I would need to be checked regularly. I was really against this as it sounded so unnatural. I was absolutely desperate by now when there was a glimmer of hope, praise the lord!! A fired of mine taped your programme from Sky TV advertising Salcura. I was a bit wary about mail order TV products – but was ready to try anything. The product seemed very expensive at the time but I thought that if it helped my condition it would be worth the cost. After using Salcura for a few weeks there was definitely a marked improvement. I didn’t seem to be itching so much and the cracks in my skin were healing up quickly. Everyone comments on how much better I look. My face is almost back to normal now. Like many people I have been affected in some way with the problems of psoriasis, however I had the great misfortune to be affected as a parent of a child who suffered terribly. At age six my daughter developed a small out break on her elbow and by age eight she was covered from head to toe. There was no place she did not have sores, her face, eyes, ears, and scalp would regularly bleed from the cracks in the skin which followed, not to mention from the impossible job of asking a child of that age not to scratch. My daughter was finally admitted to hospital for some intensive treatment, where she spent seven days being wrapped up like a mummy being treated with tars and creams to no great effect. Despite their best efforts and great understanding of our daughter’s plight nothing it seemed would help her. My Salcura Intensive arrived, and I started using it straight away on the back area, shoulders to waist where I’ve had constant itching for about 10 years. Creams have made it worse – I’ve bathed in salt water, and washed by back with almost neat salt on the flannel and had temporary relief but as soon as skins natural oils or sweat glands begin to function the itching would start again – all due to me getting severely sun burnt through sun and wind in one day, where the whole of skin area from nape of neck to below waist began to blister, weep then peeled. I have apparently destroyed pigmentation and although have fair freckly skin and tan well, have white spots on back. Anyway I am pleased to tell you I have noticed a great improvement and don’t get those madly irritant itches, also on my left thumb, I’ve had an open type patch not sore but where layers of skin don’t heal over.
